Golden Triangle Tour with Varanasi

After breakfast on day 2 of the Golden Triangle Tour Package with Varanasi, we begin our day with the exploration of world-renowned monuments of old Delhi. Red Fort is the first on our itinerary, which also used to be the primary residence of Mughal Emperors during the days of their rule. Besides, we also visit Jama Masjid, India’s largest mosque, the India Gate war memorial, and Qutub Minar, India’s tallest minaret. Post lunch, we witness Chandni Chowk, Delhi’s oldest bazaar. Visits to the pristine Lotus Temple and majestic Humayun’s Tomb are also scheduled. We then pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi – The Father of the Nation at Rajghat, his cremated memorial and also drive past the official residence of the president of India. By late evening, we return to the hotel and have dinner. Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast, we check out from the hotel and head straight to Pink City Jaipur, the capital of Rajasthan and the land of Rajputs, with the excitement of exploring the monumental land in our hearts. We reach Jaipur by noon and have lunch after checking into the hotel. Spend leisure hours at the hotel.

After breakfast, we start our Jaipur leg of touring with a visit to Hawa Mahal – The Palace of Wind. Besides, we also explore Jantar Mantar – the world-renowned observatory of Jaipur. A photoshoot at Jal Mahal – the Water Palace is also scheduled. Jal Mahal lies towards the center of Man Sagar Lake. After lunch, we explore the brilliant Amber Fort which is located atop a hillock in the Aravalli range. Some fun-filled elephant rides are also scheduled here. We return to our hotel by evening and enjoy dinner that has rich elements of Rajasthani cuisine. Overnight at hotel.

After breakfast, we check out from our hotel and proceed towards our next destination, Agra, the city of romance. A halt, around 95 km from Jaipur is scheduled, though wherein we explore the mystical Chand Baori stepwell at Abhineri village. The drive towards the home of heritage sites then continues. Upon reaching Agra, we check into our hotel and have lunch. We rest for the day, spending leisure hours at the hotel. Overnight at hotel.

The Taj Mahal is the most picturesque and photogenic in the wee hours of the morning. It dazzles like a pearl when the first rays of the sun fall over it. We catch the sunrise at the Taj Mahal and hold a photo shoot session to make the memories immemorial. Then, we return to the hotel for breakfast and checkout. The next monument scheduled is Agra Fort on the banks of River Yamuna. Upon exploring the monument to our heart’s content, we have lunch and drive towards Delhi. Next, we catch a train for Varanasi from Delhi railway station. Overnight in train.

We arrive in Varanasi during the morning on day 7 of the Golden Triangle Tour with Varanasi. We check in to the pre-reserved hotel, freshen up, and have breakfast. We proceed right towards Sarnath to begin our excursion for the day. Sarnath is where Gautam Buddha gave his first sermon upon finding enlightenment in Bodhgaya. Sarnath is 13 km from the center of Varanasi and lies towards the northeast. It’s a popular destination among pilgrims. Towards evening, we return to our hotel for dinner. Overnight in hotel.

We experience a sunrise boat cruise in the morning. Different crematories and bathing ghats are herein covered. Next, we drive down to Varanasi airport and board the pre-booked flight to Delhi, which makes it easier for you to get to your home destination.
