Day-by-Day

Full Itinerary

Every day is run at a relaxed pace with a private vehicle and guide — tap a day to expand it.

Your arrival at Delhi airport sees you being received just outside the arrival hall by our executive. He’ll be carrying a placard board bearing your name and will conduct a traditional Swagat (welcome) for you upon meeting you. You will then be comfortably escorted to your hotel close by for a check-in, and it is time to rest after a long and tiresome journey.

After breakfast on day 2, we can begin with our Delhi touring adventure. We start with the monuments of old Delhi, the primary among which is Red Fort which once used to be the primary residence of Mughal Emperors. Then we move on to Jama Masjid, the largest Mosque in India. Also on the schedule for the day are the India Gate War Memorial and Qutub Minar, India’s tallest minaret. After lunch, we visit Chandni Chowk, India’s oldest and busiest bazaar. Visits to Lotus Temple, brilliant Humayun’s tomb, and Rajghat, Mahatma Gandhi’s cremated memorial are scheduled where we pay our respect to the father of the nation. We also drive past the official residence of the President of India and reach our hotel late in the evening for dinner. Overnight stay in Delhi.

After a Delhi special breakfast, we head to Agra, the city of love and romance. We get to Agra by noon, check into the pre-booked hotel, and have lunch. Next, after freshening up, we get set for the exploration of the majestic Agra Fort which will be quite an experience. We return to the hotel during the evening to enjoy dinner and retire for the day. Overnight in Agra.

At sunrise, the Taj Mahal shines like a pearl in the backdrop of River Yamuna and is a sight out of this world. One feels that the monument is indeed one of the eight wonders of the world. We drive down to the Taj Mahal to witness the sunrise, and a photoshoot is also scheduled. Then, we return to our hotels, check out, and head straight for the Pink City, Jaipur; the true spectacle of the rich traditions of Rajasthan. A halt around 95 km away from Jaipur is scheduled so we can enjoy lunch and also visit Chand Baori Stepwell in Abhineri village. We reach Jaipur in the evening and check into the pre-reserved hotel. After dinner, we can retire for the day. Overnight in Jaipur.

After a hearty breakfast, our day is reserved for Jaipur sightseeing wherein we visit regal palaces and forts. Amber Fort is the first on schedule, a fortress on a hillock where we enjoy some elephant rides. Next on the list is a photo shoot at the Jal Mahal.

After lunch, we move on to witness the epitome of Rajputana architecture at Hawa Mahal, the wind palace. A visit to the beautifully made observatory, Jantar Mantar is also scheduled where we witness large sundials. We return to our hotels in the late evening. After dinner, we gear up for the journey the following day by getting some rest. Overnight in Jaipur.

After relishing breakfast that involves truly Rajasthani cuisines, we head to Delhi airport in a journey that takes around 5 hours. You can board a flight to your home destination from Delhi airport with memories from the Golden Triangle Tour which last a lifetime. Thank you for being the part of Golden Triangle Tour 6 days.

After attending my friend’s wedding in Chennai, I decided to make the most of my time in India and take a solo trip to explore more of the country. Choosing GTTExperts for a Golden Triangle Tour covering Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. From the beginning, Sunil was incredibly helpful and communicative. He answered all my questions and even helped coordinate my flights around the tour schedule, which made the entire experience feel easy and well organized. For the six days of the tour, Rajesh was my driver, and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to have on the road with me. He was an excellent and safe driver, very kind and helpful, and even became my photographer whenever I needed one! He also shared his personal tips and recommendations, which made exploring each destination even more enjoyable. The car was always spotless, and I really appreciated the ice chest he kept in the trunk with cold water—such a thoughtful touch, especially while traveling around India. (He’s pictured with me and the elephant!) The local guides in Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur were also knowledgeable, friendly, and made visiting the major sights much more interesting by sharing the history and stories behind each place. I would highly recommend GTTExperts to anyone planning a Golden Triangle Tour in India. The experience was especially comfortable for me as a solo traveler, and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire trip. If you’re looking for a reliable, personalized, and hassle-free India tour, GTTExperts is definitely worth considering.
