After breakfast, we visit the monuments of old Delhi as the first attractions of the tour. Our schedule for the day includes the Red Fort, which used to be the official residence of Mughal Emperors during their reign. Next, we witness the grandeur of Jama Masjid which is the largest mosque in India. A visit to the India Gate war memorial follows and we also go to Qutub Minar,  India’s tallest minaret. We have lunch and the attractions lined up after lunch include Chandni Chowk, India’s busiest bazaar, and the exquisitely beautiful Lotus Temple. Besides, we also see the majestic Humayun’s Tomb and Rajghat, the cremated memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. We’ll be driving past the President’s House, the official residence of India’s president.

By late evening we’ll return to our hotel for dinner and relax. Overnight at hotel.

On the morning of day 3, we have breakfast at the hotel and check out to drive straight to Pink City Jaipur, Rajasthan’s capital. In Jaipur’s architecture, one experiences a gleam of Mughal and Rajputana art. Upon arriving in Jaipur, we check into the pre-booked hotel and have lunch. During the evening, it is optional to visit the beautiful bazaars of Jaipur for souvenir shopping. A delicious dinner will be served towards the late evening after which we can relax for the day. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 of the tour is reserved entirely for Jaipur sightseeing. After breakfast, we will witness the regal palaces and forts of Jaipur. Amber Fort is one of the top attractions and we also enjoy some elephant rides here that deliver an overview of the picturesque landscape. A photoshoot at Jal Mahal, the water palace follows.

After lunch, we visit the Hawa Mahal which is also known as the Wind Palace and is the perfect showcase of Mughal art. Next on the itinerary is Jantar Mantar, an astronomical observatory. We return to our hotel for dinner and relax for the day. Overnight at hotel.

Day 5 begins with a Jaipur special breakfast after which we head towards Agra’s heritage sites. Agra is the city of love and romance. However, before we reach Agra, we halt in Abhineri where we see the famous Chand Baori Stepwell.

We arrive in Agra by noon and have lunch after checking into the pre-reserved hotel. Towards the evening, we visit the mighty Agra Fort located on the banks of River Yamuna. Then, we get back to the hotel during the evening and enjoy dinner. Overnight at hotel.

It is during the early morning when the Taj Mahal truly looks like the 7th wonder of the world. We visit the Taj Mahal at sunrise and also click some memorable images. Upon the visit back to the hotel, we have breakfast. Our next destination is Orchha wherein we witness Orchha Fort, Raja Mahal, and Jahangir Mahal. Then we return to our hotel and enjoy dinner. We will check out from the hotel on day 7 after breakfast and drive to Khajuraho to witness the glory of ancient Hindu and Jain temples. These temples are known for their outstanding architecture. The journey takes around 4 hours and upon reaching Khajuraho, we check in to the pre-reserved hotel and have lunch.
